Our mission is to revolutionise the compliance process for recruitment agencies and candidates alike. We are dedicated to making compliance seamless, efficient, and hassle-free by providing an all-in-one platform that simplifies regulatory requirements and accelerates onboarding. By integrating compliance services and eliminating unnecessary delays, we enable candidates to start their roles sooner and agencies to operate with confidence. With the right tools and technology, we’re transforming compliance from a challenge into an effortless experience.

Our Story

Unite Compliance was founded by healthcare professionals who, while working for the NHS and undertaking locum shifts, encountered a persistent challenge: the onboarding and compliance process was unnecessarily complex, fragmented, and time consuming. Recognising a need for change, we set out to create a more efficient solution.

Unite Compliance was established with a clear mission: to simplify compliance for healthcare professionals and agencies. At the time, compliance felt very disjointed and reliant on various systems, creating unnecessary delays for both candidates and recruiters. We knew that in a time where technology is so advanced, there had to be a better way.

Combining our backgrounds in healthcare and software, along with firsthand experience navigating compliance as candidates, we decided to build a user friendly platform designed to eliminate inefficiencies, automate document management, and make compliance effortless.

Today, Unite Compliance is changing how professionals and agencies approach compliance. We help candidates complete their requirements quickly and enable agencies to place candidates faster than ever.

Year 0

May

We launched Unite Compliance with modest resources alongside our NHS roles.

Year 1

May

After a successful first year, we moved into our first office.

December

We officially exceeded our first 10,000 bookings.

Year 2

January

We expanded our clinician network through direct employment and contractor agreements to effectively meet the growing demand for our services.

Year 3

January

We launced version one of our client booking and management platform.

March

We moved into a bigger workspace.

September

We passed our SEQOHS assessment and gained accreditation.

Year 4

January

We began developing a central compliance portal to replace version one.

May

We launched DigiCheck®, our proprietary DBS platform.

Year 5

April

Our enhanced compliance portal launched.

June

HealthEd LMS launched.
